Robert O'Neill
CEO
Robert oversees operations at Haven Coliving.Prior to Haven, Robert was the founder and CEO of Quarry, a bootstrapped online marketplace for construction equipment.Robert holds a BS in Accounting and a BS Finance from Southern Methodist University, and began his career as an investment banker, first at JP Morgan Chase, and then at Montgomery & Co.
Ariel Chazanas
CIO
Ari manages real estate pipeline, design, development and asset management as Haven’s CIO.He has worked in real estate investment and development for over 25 years and has successfully acquired and developed 37 properties currently valued in excess of $200 million.
James McMillian
Head of Operations
James manages daily operations at Haven Coliving and oversees Member Experience for the Haven Community as Head of Operations.He has worked in property management and community building for 5 years, previously at Regus.
